7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on both New and Refurbished Laptops. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

New Items:

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.

Refurbished Items:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Physical damage occurring after purchase will void eligibility for a refund.

Return Requirements

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Items not in their original condition, items damaged, or items missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error may only qualify for partial refunds, at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Any item returned more than 7 days after purchase.

Refunds

Approval Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Issuance

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method or account within 7 business days.
  • Refunds via EFT payments may take up to 48 hours to reflect, depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank to confirm processing times.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at info@onlylaptops.co.za.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • To initiate an exchange, email us at info@onlylaptops.co.za.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same item, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Times

  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or refund if the item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
