7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy on both New and Refurbished Laptops. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
New Items:
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
Refurbished Items:
- The item must be in the same condition as when received.
- Physical damage occurring after purchase will void eligibility for a refund.
Return Requirements
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Items not in their original condition, items damaged, or items missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error may only qualify for partial refunds, at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Returns:
- Any item returned more than 7 days after purchase.
Refunds
Approval Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Issuance
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method or account within 7 business days.
- Refunds via EFT payments may take up to 48 hours to reflect, depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your bank to confirm processing times.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To initiate an exchange, email us at info@onlylaptops.co.za.
- Exchanges are limited to the same item, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
